1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Civil/IT Posts: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- Chemical Lab: M.Sc. (Chemistry).
- Materials/Transportation: Degree in Engineering OR Full-time MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management.
- HR: MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management.
- Pharmacy: Degree in Pharmacy & registration under Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- Finance & Accounts: CA/CMA OR Two-year MBA (Finance).
- Work Experience: Required post-qualification in-line executive experience ranges from 04 to 26 years, depending on the post level (E-2 to E-8).

The selection will be based on the following stages:
