Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility conditions as of 1st July 2025.
1. Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
2. Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 42 Years
Age as on: 1st July 2025.
- Candidate must NOT be born before 2nd July 1983.
- Candidate must NOT be born after 1st July 2004.
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Freedom Fighter Dependents as per the rules of the Uttarakhand Government.
3. Educational Qualification:

The selection of candidates will be based on a three-stage examination process:
1. Stage-I: Typing Test (Qualifying Nature)
- Mode: Computer-Based Typing Test in English.
