- Candidate must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

JKSSB Selection Process 2026
The selection process is defined by the Board.
- Written/OMR Examination: The examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions in English. There will be negative marking (¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer).
- Document Verification (DV): Candidates shortlisted based on written exam merit will be called for DV. They must produce all original documents (Domicile, Qualification, Category, etc.).
