SHS Bihar Lab Technician Recruitment 2025 : The State Health Society, Bihar (SHS Bihar), operating under the National Health Mission (NHM), has announced a major recruitment drive for Senior Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Technician positions across the state. This initiative is aimed at strengthening health services, ensuring quality diagnostic facilities, and supporting various critical health programs in Bihar.

A total of 1075 contractual vacancies are available under this recruitment drive. These posts are distributed across important health programs such as the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP), National Programme for Prevention and Control of Fluorosis (NPPCF), National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Control Programme (NIDDCP), National Viral Hepatitis Control Program (NVHCP), National Programme for Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases and Stroke (NPCDCS), Blood Bank/BBSU, RTPCR Lab (Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme – IDSP), Health and Wellness Centre (HWC), and the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM).

OR B.Sc. + DMLT with 3 yrs experience in TB tests
Laboratory Technician Intermediate (PCB) + BMLT / DMLT from a recognized institution

Selection Procedure
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) – 75 Marks
  • Work Experience – 20 Marks
  • Document Verification
