The Andhra Pradesh Education Department has released the final selection list of AP Mega DSC. The details of the selected candidates have been made available on the Mega DSC website, according to officials. The selection list will also be available in the offices of the District Collector and the District Education Officer.

After the coalition government came to power, notification for the recruitment of 16,347 teacher posts through Mega DSC was issued on April 20. A total of 3,36,300 candidates submitted 5,77,675 applications. The online exams were conducted in two phases from June 6 to July 2. The initial key was released on July 5, followed by the final key on August 1. A 20% weightage was given to TET scores. Officials completed certificate verification of candidates in seven phases.
Out of the 16,347 teacher vacancies, 15,941 posts were filled. However, due to unavailability of eligible candidates in some categories, 406 posts remained vacant.
