WBSSC Result 2025: The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has launched a new website to help teaching job aspirants access their results easily, as many were struggling with the old portal. On Friday, the WBSSC has released the results of the State Level Selection Test (SLST) for assistant teachers in classes 11-12 at 9.30 pm.
According to the official data, the results uploaded on the official portal of the commission, paved the way for filling 12,514 assistant teacher vacancies in state-run and state-aided schools. However, the commission’s second portal, westbengalssc.com, where the result link is also available, reportedly crashed due to heavy traffic. The site is expected to be restored soon.
How to Download the WBSSC 2025 Results
Candidates can follow the steps below to download the SLST 2025 results:
- Visit the official website: wbssc.gov.in or westbengalssc.com
- Click on the link titled ‘WBSSC SLST Scorecard 2025 PDF’
- Login: Application Number, Date of Birth
- The WBSSC SLST Scorecard PDF will appear on the screen
- Download and save the PDF
The WBSSC SLST 2025 scorecard will contain the candidate’s name, roll number, total marks, subject-wise marks, rank, and other exam details.

On April 3, the apex court has cancelled the appointments of 25,753 teaching and non-teaching staff and declared the entire 2016 recruitment process “tainted and tainted.” This was the first recruitment exam held on September 14 after the Supreme Court order. Citing official PTI reported that a large number of candidates tried to log in simultaneously, but very few were able to.
The official told PTI, “We have launched a new website, wbsschelpdesk.com, for the convenience of over 2.29 lakh candidates. The old site is also working.”
Candidates are advised to download and preserve their scorecards for further reference in the recruitment process.
