LIC AAO/AE Recruitment 2025 : Qualification Required

Assistant Engineers (A.E)
  • B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Electrical) from AICTE recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in planning & execution of multi-storied building projects.
AAO (Chartered Accountant)
  • Bachelor’s Degree + Passed Final CA Exam + Completed Articles.
  • Must be an Associate Member of ICAI.
AAO (Company Secretary)

  • Bachelor’s Degree + Qualified Member of ICSI.
AAO (Actuarial)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
  • Must have passed at least 6 papers of IAI/IFoA (UK) by Aug 1, 2025.
AAO (Insurance Specialist)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
  • Must hold Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India (Life).
  • 5+ years experience in Life Insurance Companies (IRDAI regulated).
AAO (Legal)
  • LL.B. with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Enrolled Advocate with 2+ years’ experience as Advocate/Law Officer.
