How To Apply NABARD Assistant Manager Grade-A 2025 Online Form


  • Visit the Official Website: Go to the official NABARD website at https://www.nabard.org.
  • Navigate to Careers Section: On the homepage, click on the “Career Notices” or “Careers” section.
  • Find the Recruitment Link: Locate and select the link that reads “Recruitment to the Post of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ – 2025” or similar.
  • New Registration: Click on the “Click Here for New Registration” button. Provide your basic details such as your name, contact number, and email ID. A provisional registration number and password will be generated and sent to your email and mobile number.
  • Fill the Application Form: Log in using the registration number and password. Fill in all the required personal, educational, and professional details accurately. Use the “Save and Next” option frequently to save your progress.
  • Upload Documents: Upload the scanned copies of your recent passport-sized color photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per the specified guidelines:
  • Photograph: 20KB-50KB (dimensions 200 x 230 pixels).
  • Signature: 10KB-20KB, in black ink on white paper (not in capital letters).
    Left Thumb Impression: 20KB-50KB, on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • Handwritten Declaration: 50KB-100KB, in English only, with the exact text specified in the official notification (e.g., “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”).
  • Preview and Verify: Review all the information entered in the application form carefully before the final submission. Note that you cannot make changes after clicking “FINAL SUBMIT”.
  • Pay Application Fee: Proceed to the payment section. Pay the non-refundable application fee online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, etc..
  • Fee Structure: ₹150 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, and ₹850 for all others.
  • Final Submission and Print: After successful payment, the application form will be submitted. Download and take a printout of the confirmation page and e-receipt for future reference.

Pay Scale: Basic pay of Rs.44,500/-p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB –2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade’A‘ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000/-
