Modi-Nitish pair a hit in Bihar polls: BJP | Sarkari Result Info

The BJP on Friday hailed the NDA’s strong performance in the Bihar elections 2025, saying that the people had once again placed their trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development-focussed politics, reported the PTI.

The BJP-led alliance is holding impressive leads in more than 180 of the 243 seats, with early trends suggesting the party is on course to record its largest-ever tally with an exceptionally high strike rate.

“NDA heading towards a landslide victory in Bihar,” BJP MP and chief spokesperson Anil Baluni posted on X in Hindi.

Baluni also shared video clips of Prime Minister Modi’s campaign rallies in Bihar, in which the Prime Minister had declared that the NDA would secure its biggest victory in the state.

Sharing the same footage, BJP MP and national spokesperson Sambit Patra wrote in Bhojpuri that Bihar had delivered a “bumper victory” and that the Modi–Nitish partnership had proved a hit.

With trends showing the Congress facing heavy losses, BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia took a swipe at Rahul Gandhi, claiming the party had lost both its “legacy” and “credibility” under his leadership.

“Rahul’s gift to the Congress on Nehruji’s birth anniversary: 95 losses again and again! Legacy lost, credibility lost too!” Bhatia wrote on X.

Another BJP national spokesperson, Gopal Krishna Agarwal, said the people of Bihar had once more backed Modi’s agenda of development, adding that voters wanted to “participate in this journey of progress” and had therefore chosen the NDA.

BJP IT department head Amit Malviya attacked the RJD leadership, noting that both of Lalu Prasad Yadav’s sons were trailing at that moment. He added that even after 20 years, the echoes of “jungle raj” were still heard in Bihar.

Meanwhile, as the National Democratic Alliance surges towards yet another historic victory in the Bihar assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address BJP workers on Friday evening.

The Prime Minister will address the BJP workers at the party`s office in Delhi. It comes after the NDA is leading in Bihar, with Nitish Kumar and PM Modi`s popularity driving the surge. They`re poised to break the 2010 record, when the NDA won 206 seats.

The current trends showcase that the people have once again bestowed their trust on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as the NDA is heading towards yet another historic victory.
